Thank you for choosing Sport91. We engineer and curate premium, high-performance sports, adventure, and overland gear built to endure the elements. Because we know you are eager to get trail-ready, we partner with India’s leading logistics aggregators to ensure your gear arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a secondary notification email containing your tracking information once your package has been handed over to our courier partners.

Note: During peak overland travel seasons, high-volume holiday sales, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be extended slightly by 24–48 hours. We will notify you directly via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide across India utilizing top-tier courier networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Bluedart, DTDC, and Xpressbees) via the Shiprocket network. Shipping charges for your order are calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout based on total volumetric weight and your delivery pincode.

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders above ₹500. This discount is automatically applied to your cart at checkout once the minimum threshold is met.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery is available for valid pincodes across India up to a maximum order value of ₹10,000.

To safeguard our fulfillment lines against fraudulent bookings, all COD orders undergo an automated verification process. You may receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message or a quick verification call from our team. Unverified COD orders will be canceled automatically after 48 hours.

A non-refundable COD Handling Fee of ₹50 applies to all cash-on-delivery shipments to cover additional courier processing charges.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your package is packed and leaves our warehouse network, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can track your shipment’s journey live at any time through our integrated courier portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update its scanning history.
5. Volumetric Weight & Multi-Part Shipments
Certain adventure items (such as collapsible fluid cells, luggage racks, or protective guards) are structurally lightweight but require large protective packaging. Our shipping partner, Shiprocket, calculates freight costs based on volumetric weight (Length x Width x Height / 5000).
If your order contains multiple distinct gear profiles (e.g., a heavy technical component paired with a flexible fluid bladder), your items may be split into multiple boxes to protect the gear. In these rare instances, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each individual parcel at no extra charge to you.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Consignments
Sport91 ensures all products undergo a rigorous multi-point random testing and inspection phase before leaving our facility. If your package arrives structurally compromised or damaged:

Do not accept delivery from the courier agent if the external packaging is explicitly torn, crushed, or tampered with.

If accepted, take clear, high-resolution photographs or a continuous unboxing video of the damaged outer box and internal items immediately.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at contact@sport91.in within 24 hours of delivery.
We will initiate an immediate investigation with Shiprocket and arrange a prompt repair or replacement evaluation at our sole discretion, in accordance with our limited warranty provisions.
7. Delivery Failures & Incorrect Addresses
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address, contact number, and correct 6-digit pincode at checkout.

Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three (3) times before marking the shipment as a Return to Origin (RTO).

If a package is returned to our basecamp due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated refusal to accept a verified COD parcel, we reserve the right to deduct the initial and return shipping fees from any subsequent refund or charge a re-shipping fee to dispatch the gear a second time.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Sport91 focuses entirely on serving the Indian adventure, fitness, and powersports community. We do not offer direct international shipping through our standard storefront checkout at this time. For special global expedition inquiries, please contact us directly at contact@sport91.in.
