The AKTIV91 FLEX-WEIGHT is an adjustable silicone wrist and ankle weight system designed to add light resistance to walks, yoga flows, Pilates sessions, daily movement, and bodyweight workouts. Each strap uses removable silicone weight segments, allowing you to customize the working load instead of being locked into a fixed-weight configuration.

Modular silicone segments
Each strap uses removable triangle-shaped silicone weight segments of approximately 0.13 lb each. Segments can be added or removed individually to customize the working load.
Soft-touch silicone build
The silicone construction provides a soft skin-contact surface designed for comfortable use during controlled, repetitive movement.
Adjustable hook-and-loop closure
The adjustable closure allows FLEX-WEIGHT to fit a range of wrist and ankle sizes while helping keep the strap securely positioned during movement.

The flexible strap packs easily into a gym bag, tote, or training kit, making it practical for workouts at home, in the studio, or while travelling.

Select the desired number of removable segments based on the activity and resistance level required.

Secure FLEX-WEIGHT around the wrist or ankle and adjust the hook-and-loop closure until stable without excessive tightness.

Perform the movement with controlled form and adjust the number of segments as required for different exercises.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Do not machine wash or leave submerged in water for extended periods. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not iron or expose the product to open flame.
