The AKTIV91 FLEXWEIGHT is a fully adjustable silicone weight bracelet that turns any walk, yoga flow, or daily errand into resistance training — without the bulk of sand-filled ankle weights. Each strap is built from removable silicone triangle segments, so you control the exact load on each wrist or ankle instead of being locked into a fixed weight.
