The AKTIV91 YOGA-BALL is a 25 cm mini Pilates ball designed for targeted core, thigh, and pelvic-floor training. Squeeze it between your knees, thighs, ankles, or hands to add controlled resistance to movements that bodyweight alone may not isolate. At just 160 g, it is light enough to travel with while remaining firm enough for controlled squeeze-based training.

Position the ball between the thighs, knees, ankles, or hands according to the selected movement or training sequence.

Perform controlled squeezes, pulses, holds, or repetitions while maintaining steady tension throughout the movement.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Keep sharp objects away from the ball and avoid direct heat or prolonged sunlight. Deflate and store flat in a cool, dry place when not in regular use.
