The AKTIV91 MAT-ULTRA is a premium 6-fold POE yoga and Pilates mat designed to combine a full-size training surface with a compact folding format. Its multi-panel architecture transforms the 180 × 60 cm mat into a compact 30 × 60 cm footprint for easier storage, transport, and travel.
Built from high-density POE (Polyolefin Elastomer), MAT-ULTRA combines cushioning, stability, and portability. The 6-panel accordion structure folds along integrated seams, while dual-surface tactile traction supports grip under the mat and beneath hands and feet. Integrated horizontal and vertical alignment tracks provide visual reference points for yoga, Pilates, mobility, and floor-based training.

The MAT-ULTRA is specified as PVC-free, latex-free, recyclable, and manufactured without harmful phthalates or heavy chemicals.

The closed-cell construction helps reduce penetration of sweat, oil, and water into the mat core and supports easier surface cleaning.

The textured surfaces provide tactile grip for hands and feet while helping maintain contact with the floor during controlled movement and alignment work.

Lay the mat completely flat on a clean, level training surface before beginning your session.

Follow the integrated 30 cm panel seams and fold the mat accordion-style along each structural crease.

Stack the folded panels neatly and store the compact 30 × 60 cm format in a cool, dry location.
After use, wipe both sides with a damp soft cloth or microfiber towel using lukewarm water. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild neutral detergent diluted with water. Avoid bleach, harsh chemical cleaners, and alcohol-based sprays. Allow the mat to dry completely before folding.

Wipe both surfaces after yoga, Pilates, or conditioning sessions using a soft damp cloth or microfiber towel.

For deeper cleaning, use mild neutral detergent diluted with water. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and alcohol-based cleaners.

Allow the mat to dry completely while laid flat or hung away from direct sunlight before folding along the integrated seams.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and extreme vehicular heat, including storage inside a hot car or trunk. Excessive heat and UV exposure may prematurely age or warp the POE material. Store folded or flat in a cool, dry place.
6-month manufacturing warranty.
91PRIME provides a 6-month Standard Manufacturing Warranty for the AKTIV91 MAT-ULTRA, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects affecting the structural or functional integrity of the mat.
Covered
- Unexpected seam separation along horizontal or vertical folding creases caused by manufacturing defects.
- Material peeling caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Factory defects affecting the dual-surface grip texture.
Not covered
- Normal aesthetic wear and tear over time.
- Surface punctures or deep scratches caused by footwear or sharp objects.
- Material degradation or warping caused by improper maintenance or storage.
- Damage resulting from excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
For warranty evaluation, email support@91prime.com with the original tax invoice or purchase reference and clear photographic evidence showing the structural or manufacturing issue. No separate return-window deadline applies to valid warranty evaluation within the stated 6-month warranty period.

Unused product in complete original packaging is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is mandatory.
