The AKTIV91 PILATES-RING is a 34.5 cm Pilates resistance ring designed to add controlled resistance to core, arm, thigh, and glute training without the bulk of conventional weights or larger resistance equipment. A flexible fiberglass core wrapped in a silicone shell provides 30–40 lb of spring-back resistance, while silicone-padded handles support a comfortable grip during repeated presses and squeezes.

Fiberglass resistance core
A flexible fiberglass core provides 30–40 lb of spring-back resistance for controlled compression and resistance-based training.
Silicone outer shell
The fiberglass core is wrapped in a silicone outer layer that adds grip and protection while preserving the flexibility required for repeated presses and squeezes.
7 mm silicone-padded handles
Inner and outer handle surfaces use 7 mm silicone padding to support a more comfortable hold during presses, squeezes, and isometric exercises.
34.5 cm compact diameter
Sized for use between the thighs, ankles, arms, or hands while remaining compact enough for convenient storage and transport.
Lightweight build

Three steps to controlled resistance.

Position the ring between the intended training points, such as the thighs, ankles, arms, or hands, and establish a stable posture.

Position the padded handles comfortably against the body or hands and check alignment before applying pressure.

Compress the ring with controlled force, hold or repeat the movement, and release gradually while maintaining stable form.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Do not submerge in water or machine wash. Store flat or hung in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding, crushing, excessive heat, or prolonged direct sunlight.
